ABOUT US
We're a small three acre farm in Chesapeake Virginia with a love for Nigerian Dwarf goats. We started with our two pet wethers, Smokey and Dewey, and quickly grew to an AGS registered herd of six beautiful does, two perfect bucks, and two mischievous wethers. For our first kidding we had one blue eyed buckling who soon came to be the central point of our herd, Huckleberry.
Our goats have come from oustanding lines proven in the pail and show ring, such as, Lil Tots Estate, Cesear's Villa, and Cornerstone, and farms that hold a high standard of care. We are a closed herd and test annually for CAE and all of our goats are negative. Our star buck, Huckleberry, comes from outstanding lines and we hope he will prove to be a fantastic sire to many of our kids. Many of our goats come from Country Charm Farm, a farm in Halifax, Virginia, who has collected their goats from many quality farms and produce excellent kids with outstanding pedigrees. We are proud of the herd we have created and are very excited for the years of breeding to come.
Sawyer and Fletcher
Huckleberry Farm is excited to announce our two new bucks, Fletcher and Sawyer. With prestigious lines and beautiful markings and confirmation, they are sure to make fantastic kids. We are currently planning for kids in the fall of 2018. If you are interested in possible kids, let us know to be placed on our waiting list. We had a long winter with plenty of snow, and now the goats are definitely excited for spring! They even "helped" us do some spring cleaning!
